Event Rental Pricing and Options
This room can comfortably seat approximately 40-60 people.
1-4 hours is $100 an hour
4-6 hours $75 an hour
7+ hours $50 an hour
To book a date in The Board Room we require a $200, This deposit is required in order to save the date that you have chosen.
We do have special discounts! Non-profits receive 10% off! We also have a 20% military discount!
All clients are expected to calculate their set up time into the block of time that they purchase.

There is a non-negotiable refundable damage deposit that is $100 if you will not be serving alcohol and $200 if you will be serving alcohol. The damage deposit will be returned 10-14 business days after your event via check as long as there is no damage to facility.
If you would like to serve alcohol we require a Fort Worth police officer on site. The cost of an officer is $35.00 an hour for a minimum of 3 hours. Also, if you are serving anything other than beer and/or wine (hard liquor) we do require a bartender to serve the liquor and a copy of your bartender's TABC license on file no later than 10 days before your event. We have bartenders that you can use, should you need them.
The price of the room includes:
• Set up of tables and chairs.
• Access to our projector system which hooks up to a laptop (we cannot provide laptop).
• Access to the connected kitchen consisting of 1 stoves, 1 refrigerators, 1 commercial ice machine, and 1 microwave.
• Staff to help coordinate, design, and orchestrate the event.
We offer our clients access to our vendor list, however, when you purchase The Board Room for your event, you are not required to use our vendors.
We also have decorational items that are available for rent. We can also set up your decorations for your event at an additional cost so you don’t have to worry about it on the day of your event!
All of our profits go directly to Goodwill! So you can feel good about purchasing your event with us!
